The participation fee is one-off, and includes rent without time limits and everything necessary for cultivation and harvesting:
You will be continuously updated on the progress of each activity, and you can visit the plantation in Albania at any time by requesting an appointment with a 7-day notice at least.
The first harvest of the sprouts and canes will take place between the 5th and 6th year, and the dividends of the harvest shares will be formalized annually. Therefore, starting from the 6th year you will receive the equivalent value of the share, at the market price each year, in your bank account.
From the experience of already completed plantations, the average returns obtained were for example: 1.700 € every year, for over 80 years, by investing 4.600 € only once!

Upon reaching the goal, namely the collection of subscriptions up to the coverage of the total investment, the works will start immediately. It is not possible to invest in a "Green Mine" that has already reached its capital goal.
